With a deep-rooted passion for helping exhausted parents and improving family sleep, Krista Abraham brings a unique blend of expertise as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Psychotherapist, and Physician Assistant. Her goal is to meet children where they are, understanding their individual sleep challenges, and providing comprehensive solutions for better sleep and overall well-being.

 

Krista's journey in the field of sleep consulting and therapy began with a Bachelor of Social Work from Calvin College in Michigan, where she developed a strong foundation in social work principles and therapeutic interventions. Building upon her passion for helping others, she pursued a Masters of Social Work from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, further expanding her knowledge and skills in counseling and psychotherapy. Recognizing the importance of a holistic approach, Krista also earned a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Toronto in Ontario, enhancing her understanding of medical aspects related to sleep and overall health.
